  • Free U.S. Shipping: All orders ship free—no minimum purchase and no code required.

  • Processing: We pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days.

  • Transit: Most packages arrive within 5–8 business days.

  • Carriers: We use USPS or UPS based on the best transit option for your address.

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our 5-Ball Mats. If you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s our simple policy:

  1. Returns

    • Return any unused mat within 30 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

    • Return shipping is on you, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  2. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know and process a full refund (minus original shipping) to your payment method within 5–7 business days.

  3. Exchanges

    • If your mat arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no extra charge.
