Mav's Mats offers $5 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the U.S. on all orders under $70.
Orders over $70 ship free — no code needed.

Need your order sooner or live nearby? We also offer local pickup options.

• Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping time: Most packages arrive in 3–5 business days.
• Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on your location.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your 5-Ball Mat. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns

• You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund (excluding original shipping) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos if possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized mats (e.g. with team logos) are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
